2.All shoes are shipped directly from warehouse.When we shipped out shoes, we will email you the tracking number.

3. There is 1-2 days processing period once payment is received. Once shoes are shipped , we will email you with tracking number so you may track your order. You will have your products within 7-14 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers within 10 days.

4.If your shoes are out of stock, We will email you to pick another pair of shoes. Please add louboutindeal@yahoo.com in your list so you will get emails from us.

Returns and Exchange Policies:

1. No Refund, Exchange Only. All returns and exchanges must first be approved by Louboutindeal.com. All requests for return/exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Before return your item, please contact us by email louboutindeal@yahoo.com.

2. In order to make an exchange, all shoes must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake.

Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.

We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective. A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance; It May Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order.
